UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and FedEx: Orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments we offer UPS Ground at $5.95, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) at $5.95, and FedEx 2 Day Express HAZMAT at $24.95 (please note that FedEx charges an additional special handling fee of $10.00 for this service). Our P.O. Box customers should select USPS Ground (Parcel Post) at $5.95. Our Alaska and Hawaii customers should select USPS Ground at $5.95 or FedEx 2 Day Express HAZMAT at $24.95.

General Delivery Times
UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver deliver Monday - Friday.
USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.
FedEx delivers Monday - Friday.

There is no delivery cost for shipping Anti Aging Spa's Gift Certificates or Store gift certificates, regardless of their face value.

Orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 business days.

Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS (Ground and Priority), UPS (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air only) and FedEx (2 Day Express and Overnight Express only) services.

P.O. Box
Our P.O. Box customers should use USPS Ground. If your shipment contains hazardous materials you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).

1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip.
3. Use the Merchandise Return Label included in your original order so that the return shipping is free. Please note that we are unable to pay return shipping fees if you do not use the enclosed Merchandise Return Label.

If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return number. Please write the return number in the upper right-hand corner of the Return Form, right next to your order number. Fill out the reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined on the back of the packing slip. Include this form inside the box.

http://antiaging-spa.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.

Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 60 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service. We can either credit your account with online store credit or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.

Returning a Gift from a Registry
If you are returning a gift from a registry, please follow the return instructions listed on the back of your packing slip. We will credit your account with online store credit upon receipt of your return. You may contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number but it is not required for the return. We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased on antiaging-spa.com.
